Return Policy

We understand that there may come a time when you want to return a purchase, and we strive to make the return process as simple as possible.

If you wish to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund according to the original payment method.

Please note: The 7th day following your purchase, and before you complete the 4th lesson.

To obtain a refund for the training, please send us an email to achille@conversionmentors.com with the email used for the purchase and the reason for the return. Our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your request for the refund to be made.
